'm back after a few days of absence, in which I was not very bene...ma eccomi di nuovo tra voi.

Anno nuovo vita nuova, giusto?

E allora nuova grafica per il blog, ed altre numerosissime novità che vi racconterò nei prossimi giorni...ho deciso di iniziare questo 2011 con una marcia in più,e quindi cominciamo.

Le feste di Natale sono state bellissime, ovviamente, ed ho avuto sempre tanta gente a casa a cena.

Vi posto la tavola che ho allestito per una serata con la mia carissima compagna di banco Cinzia ed il marito...per l'occasione, ho utilizzato il servizio "prima tavola" che mi hanno regalato i miei nonni per il matrimonio...dei piatti per me bellissimi, anche se un pò particolari, per la verità...

Oggi vi posto questo antipasto che preparo spessissimo anche come piatto unico per me e la mia adorata metà...provate, è gustosissimo...

Ingredienti:

300 g di orzo e farro da lessare

1 cipolla rossa di tropea

200 g di pomodori ciliegia

500 g di code di gambero

1 mazzetto di rucola

pepe

olio

sale

succo di limone

1-Lessate i cereali, following the instructions in the package.

I promised last ethics (Hett) to speak to a crib donated to the Community of the Sacred Heart, the work of sculptor Paolo Bellini. Some time ago, I bought an Ikea cabinet, and not having a clear idea on how to decorate it, is stato "parcheggiato" in soffitta!

 Poi, un giorno, ho deciso di farne un porta spezie  e la tecnica più adatta mi sembrava proprio quella dello  shabby chic +  decoupage (per indicare su ogni cassetto il tipo di pianta aromatica contenuta).

Questo è il risultato....

..con una piccola variazione: non contiene spezie ma passamaneria da utilizzare per i miei lavori!

Anche se le feste natalizie sono passate, continuano a suscitare interesse i presepi esposti nella chiesa del Sacro Cuore di Bellinzona, nella quale domenica 30 gennaio alle ore 16.00 vi sarà la premiazione del "Concorso presepi" organizzato dal Giornale del Popolo. Dopo quella data anche la rassegna bellinzonese sarà chiusa.
