This recipe is a real treat, one of those dishes that we treat ourselves when we want to cuddle, and we need to treat us like a king!

I do not know to give you precise proportions, you do according to your taste: I put lobster, prawns and shrimps, and I have served with salad of tomatoes, red onion, olive oil and lemon, and I took apart , with a mayonnaise vinegar made by me.

Ingredients


lobster shrimp scampi

lemon oil

1 - Boil the lobster for a few minutes, then shell them carefully, paying attention to your hands-the shell is hard, you might cut!

2 - Boil the other crustaceans, but little, otherwise they become rubbery.

3 - Combine shrimp and prawns in a bowl, and marinate in the refrigerator laciateli with onions, tomatoes, olive oil, lemon, salt and a pinch of pepper.

4 - Remove the lobster meat, both from the "body" that claws, and allow to marinate in a little lemon juice.

5 - for the mayonnaise, put into the cup of the egg immersion blender, and started upstream to about 1 dl of oil seeds, supplemented with a couple of tablespoons of vinegar and equal amount of lemon juice.

6 - recompose the lobster, and accommodated in a fish platter with the lobster in the center and of course vegetables. Pour over a little bit of mayonnaise, which then served separately in a gravy boat.
