Con il mese d’ottobre sono terminate le amministrazioni del sacramento del matrimonio; rarissimi i casi di celebrazioni invernali. Riprenderanno dopo Pasqua, generalmente da metà luglio a metà agosto; poi la ripresa.
Guardando le statistiche dei matrimoni celebrati nella nostra chiesa si nota, in questi ultimi anni, un forte calo. Da gennaio 1984 (data d’inizio essendo diventati parrocchia nel novembre del 1983) a dicembre 1989 average of 20 weddings have been celebrated annually. In the decade beginning in 1990 the end of 1999, provided an annual average 17 weddings, from January 2000 until the end of 2009, an average of 12 weddings per year.
The figures speak for themselves. Why? Since municipalities have begun to "dress up" civil marriage with a certain solemnity, many couples do not believe they choose only to have less concern that the missing frame.

EVENING WITH OUR BODIES
Last Friday, our bodies were left in the convent with the organ builder Walter Chinaglia for an evening during which the new instrument have known better.
Besides technical information, discussions on how we sang in our liturgical assemblies. Chinaglia said he was impressed participation, while all have noticed that the song is a bit 'too slow. It was therefore decided that the organist will suggest the time for an introduction to more developed and that the Assembly will invited to observe the given time without giving way to slow. It is also hoped to resume some part no longer run, to introduce some new and singing at all Sunday Masses the Our Father.
MISSION SUNDAY Sunday, October 24 is Mission Sunday was celebrated . As in past years has been set up a counter sale of items that our group has prepared Missions on Tuesday afternoon when he finds himself in the convent. This group, which has existed for nearly 40 years, is made lord willing, and will rely on other work at home. The Group at present is a bit 'small, would need reinforcements. The invitation è rivolto a tutte le signore di buona volontà.
FESTA DI TUTTI I SANTI E COMMEMORAZIONE DEFUNTI
Lunedì 1. novembre S. Messe festive. Alle ore 14.30 commemorazione dei defunti in cimitero per le quattro parrocchie di Bellinzona. Dopo la cerimonia P. Callisto sarà a disposizione di chi chiede una benedizione alla tomba dei propri cari.
Martedì 2 novembre S. Messe alle ore 9.00 e alle ore 18.00 dove saranno nominalmente ricordati i defunti della nostra Comunità che ci hanno lasciati quest’anno.
